What we collect
- Order and request forms: business name, your name, phone, email, delivery address, plan and any notes. We use these only to deliver your order, contact you about it, and keep business records.
- Payments: made through PayPal. We see what PayPal shows any seller, such as your name, email and the amount. We never see your card or bank details.
- Address suggestions: as you type your delivery address, what you have typed is sent to Photon, an OpenStreetMap address search run by komoot, to suggest matching addresses. Nothing else is sent with it.
- Site visits: we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to count page views and button clicks. It does not use cookies or collect personal information.
Who handles it
Our forms are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Payments are handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order details while your plan runs, then only as long as tax and business record rules require.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your information, except what we have to keep for tax or business records.
